New Students
All new students must arrive 20 minutes prior to class for registration. All classes are 90 minutes long and students are expected to stay for the full duration. The studio works on a first come first serve basis and no reservations are required. Please avoid eating 2 to 3 hours before class and be sure to hydrate the day before your first class. Please wear workout clothing; preferably light weight and form fitting and all new students must bring a large towel. For first time students who have purchased the introduction special a yoga mat will be provided. Water, towels and mats are available for sale or rent in the studio.

Bikram Yoga is suitable for men and women of all ages. No prior experience with any type of yoga is necessary.
